Child abuse refers to any action by a parent, guardian, caregiver, (or any other adult) that can result in physical, mental, emotional, psychological, or behavioral damage to a child below the age of 18. Generally, it goes beyond sexual abuse; and you can think of it as a misuse of children through various negative actions.
The actions that encomprises child abuse include the rendering of undue punishment to any child below the age of 18. Such punishment will include child isolation, intimidation, use of negative and denigrating words, unfair exercise of power over a child, child sexual harassment, child labor and other inhumane treatment.

In simple terms, child sexual abuse is defined as any form of sexual activity between a child and an older person. It occurs when a child (typically called a minor) is deceived, threatened, cajoled, or forced to have sexual intercourse (and other sexual actions) with an adult.
Meanwhile, understand that any inappropriate form of touching a child's sensitive organ is considered child sexual abuse. In fact, having a sexual conversation (with the hidden agenda of potentially having sex) with a child is considered child sexual abuse. In short, taking undue advantage of a child's sexually sensitive organ is child abuse.
Note: Sexual intercourse between an adult and a child (with or without the child’s consent) is always considered a child sexual abuse.

Social Studies is defined as an integrated study on the interaction of human beings with their physical and social environments.
We can think of our environment as everything that surrounds us at any point in time. For instance, the soil, air, your clothes, phone and everything surrounding you right now are all part of your environment. (That is, they make up your environment).
Physical environment describes every visible thing around us. It could be water, air, soil, clothes, phones or all other things found around us.
Social environment on the other hand describes the various social roles or positions that influence an individual or a group. It is represented in our culture, norms, values, the people and various institutions with whom we interact with. Meanwhile, understand that social media applications like facebook, twitter, instagram, youtube and the likes present a social environment where people can interact with one another regardless their geographical location around the world.
